A PHP PROJECT WHICH YOU CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE

This project is for the betterment and awareness of patients about the government medical schemes.

This project is for all those peoples who live in remote areas, valleys, hills, for those who are often move from one city to another because of business meetings and other things. All these peoples do not know about the availability of doctors, hospitals, clinics near to them. Even in case of COVID-19, this software is best to search doctors, hospitals, medical shops and clinics near to them. 

On MEDI-BOOK, patient can search doctors based on location selected and specialization of doctors. The major advantage of this web application is that peoples can see Government provided Medical Schemes very easily. This feature is not available on any existing projects. This software also have chat system through which patient can send their symptoms, previous medical reports and readings from MEDI-BOX to the selected doctor of any country and doctor from their end can prescribe patient very easily. Patients can have their MEDI-BOX readings on this software. Patients can book appointments of any doctor. One of the major feature of MEDI-BOOK is that it will show live tracking of COVID-19 cases and news on it for the sake of patients and every time new case occurs in the area of patient, he/she will get notification of it automatically. If we see on larger picture, this software will going to help a lot to the world if we launch it.

HOMEPAGE

This is the homepage of our web-based software from where patients have to first register themselves to the platform and then login to access their dashboard. After accessing the dashboard, patients can use all the features of medibook. The features for patients are:

Doctors can apply on the medibook for their verification and after verified by admin they get their login credentials from admin through email. After login and accessing the dashboard, doctors can use all the features of medibook. The features for doctors are:

• VIEW THEIR UPLOADED AND ALL MEDICAL SCHEMES
• SEE PATIENTS PENDING APPOINTMENTS
• SEND PRESCRITION/REPLY TO THE PATIENT
• ADD THEIR PERSONAL PATIENTS
• VIEW THEIR STATISTICS

PATIENT LOGIN SCREEN

After clicking on patient module, patients will see a login screen through which they can login to access their dashboard.
If patient enter wrong login credentials, he/she will not be able to access their dashboard.

PATIENT REGISTER SCREEN

After clicking on patient module, patients will see a login screen through which they can login to access their dashboard. But, if the patient is new to the medibook then they have to register first and then login to access their dashboard.

On Register screen, patients have to fill some of their information for their successful registration on the software dashboard.

PATIENT'S DASHBOARD

After successful registration and login of patient, they are able to see their dashboard where all the features are available to them.
Simple sidebar is available to them to migrate in between the tabs.

ALL DOCTORS MARK ON MAP

When patient click on search doctor, he/she will see a map on which all the doctors are placed as marker who were registered on medibook. Through this, patients can see how many doctors are available on this platform of any country, state and city.

If patient click on the marker, he/she will be able to see doctor name and details very clearly. After scroll down, patients will able to see search doctors section.

SEARCH DOCTOR

After scroll down, patients can search doctors on the basis of :

• BOTH DOCTOR'S ADDRESS AND SPECIALIZATION
• ONLY DOCTOR'S SPECIALIZATION 
• ONLY DOCTOR'S LOCATION (country, state & city)

By selecting doctor from the drop down, the whole information of doctor will appear in the table
which is available below the search section.

VIEW LIST OF ALL DOCTORS

In search section, if patient want to see the list of all doctors available on this platform, they simply have to click on "see list of all doctors".

After click on this link, patients will be able to see list of all doctors with the mark of verification i.e. whether the doctor is verified or not. If doctor is verified then the mark color will be GREEN and if the doctor is unverified then the mark color will be RED.

MEDICAL SCHEMES

If patient want to see the medical schemes, they have to click on the view medical scheme module which is visible to them on their dashboard and also on the sidebar.

After this, they will be able to see all the medical schemes in a tabular format which also have a feature to download all the information of a particular medical scheme.

REPORTS FROM MEDIBOX (*optional)

This feature is optional for patient. This feature is available only to all those patients who will purchase medibox from us.

By this feature, patient will be able to see all their readings which were generated from medibox on this medibook software. They can share these readings with their doctor also.

PATIENT'S SEND REPORT

If patients want to send reports to the doctor, then they have to click on the module "Send Report" which is visible to them on their dashboard.

Patients can only send report only after the patient have appointment of the doctor. Before appointment, they are not able to send the reports.

After enter appointment id and selecting the doctor, they can send reports to the doctor.  

PATIENTS SEND REPORT - 2

These cloud buttons are used to fetch their last reading of body parameters from the cloud which was measured by patient through the help of medibox and after submit these readings will be shared with the selected doctor.

PATIENT'S SEND REPORT BY ATTACHING REPORT 

If patient want to send their previous reports of same doctor or another doctor/hospital they can attach the reports from their pc or laptop on which they are using this platform and can send it to the doctor.

The report can be in image and pdf format.

PATIENT'S SEND REPORT BY CLICKING REPORT PICTURE

If patient want to send their previous reports of same doctor or another doctor/hospital and if they don't know or face difficulty in attaching the reports from their pc or laptop on which they are using this platform then they can use "click picture" feature through which by simple clicking on the button their webcam will automatically open and then they can click picture directly from their hand and can send it to the doctor.

This feature is not available on any other platform.

PATIENT'S VIEW DOCTOR REPLY

On this screen patients can see the replies from the doctor and they can download or view the prescription received by the doctor.

if patients have some query related to doctor reply, on the same screen, they can reply to the doctor directly.

PATIENT'S VIEW REPORT HISTORY

Through this feature, patients can see their previous reports history. They can see what all reports they have send to the doctors.

PATIENT'S BOOK DOCTOR APPOINTMENT

Through this, patients can book the appointment of any doctor. After booking the appointment each patient will get the unique appointment id which they can use to send reports to the doctor which I have already explain above.

PATIENT'S VIEW APPOINTMENTS HISTORY

If patient have book any doctor appointment and want that appointment to cancel, then the patient can come to this screen and cancel the appointment.

On this screen, patient can see all previous appointments with the mark whether the any specific appointment canceled by the patient, or by the doctor, or how many appointments are still pending or how many are completed.

If during the appointment booking, patient forget to copy the appointment id for report sending, then the patient can come to this screen to copy the appointment id of any appointment.
